Mayor’s Day Out is Cambridge’s annual coach trip which has been providing great days out and entertainment for senior citizens for over three decades. This year's trip is a visit to to the Britannica Theatre to enjoy a performance from the UK Beach Boys.
Disabled patrons are able to bring a carer on the trip at no extra cost, but please mention this when booking as a space will need to allocated for them.
Mayor's Day Out is a treasured chance to meet up with old friends, meet new people and enjoy the sunshine and a show in good company.
'Mayors day out was memorable day for all who took part in it. It is an important event on the Mayors calendar, greatly appreciated and looked forward to by the people who take part in it. I have since met many of our residents who took part in this trip and they were so grateful and delighted to have had such a wonderful day out. My wife and I throughly enjoyed the day, we had the best fish and chips ever and we had wonderful entertainment during the the trip and in Great Yarmouth. It gives me such a great pleasure to see so many of our residents having such a lovely time' George Pippas, Mayor of Cambridge
