Oscar Corney

Oscar Corney is an independent singer songwriter from Cambridge with a strongly developed songwriting style and unique voice. Within a year into his development before the release of his EP 'Be Someone', his achievements had already begun to attract audiences to his music. In 2015 he won the NMG award for breakthrough act and supported JP Cooper (Island Records), and frequently received requests to perform for YouTube music channels. 
 
In 2016 he landed performing slots at the world renowned Metropolis Studios and Ronnie Scott's and was featured in acoustic magazine as suggested new listening to it's readers. Also Winning 'Best male solo artist' at the NMG Awards. His online presence has grown substantially through numerous video and broadcast features on BBC introducing, radio interviews, live sessions and a large range of festival slows having been streamed such at The Secret Garden Party and The Cambridge Rock Festival, among many others.
