After last November’s tour sold-out and received universal praise, singer-songwriter Regina Spektor is set to return to the UK this summer.
Spektor is currently on the last week of her latest sold-out tour of the United States which has included shows at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, the Chicago Theatre and Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Regina will play Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Awards, this Saturday.
Born in the Soviet Union, Spektor began studying classical piano when she was six. Her family emigrated in 1989, landing in New York City, where she continued her classical training. Spektor eventually studied composition at the Conservatory of Music at Purchase College where she graduated with honours.
