Creative Roots - A FREE music industry day at Anglia Ruskin University ideal for anyone wanting to work in the music industry either as an artist or organiser.

Panel/Q&A discussion session, with representatives from PRSfM, PRS Foundation, PPL & the MU.
This session explains income opportunities and routes to potential income through royalties and possible funding through various platforms. A must for music creators.

Music in Education Workshop 11am - 12.45pm

Focus on the future and engagement opportunities within education.
In particular Michael Davidson will cover the Songwriter project and the development of instrument teaching for personal and social outcomes and how this has changes how we value teaching and source and train tutors.

Ukulele hockets workshop 1pm - 2.45pm
Michael Davidson follows on from the music in education session with a workshop on an active project which aims to support the development of instrument teaching for personal and social outcomes.
