This autumn the Cambridge Live Box Office is getting a spruce up and we are very pleased to announce that we are upgrading our ticketing system!
During this time the booking line will open as usual on the 12th & 13th and we will be offering to call customers back when we launch the new system on the 14th. The Box Office team will also direct customers to other ticket outlets that there may be allocations with if applicable. So there is no need to worry about missing out!
Whilst there will be a short period of downtime during installation we are confident the new system we will be implementing will improve the service our box office provides to all of our customers. Whether it be online, on the phone or in person.
The downtime will be between 6PM Sat 10th Oct to 10AM Weds 14th Oct and will include web sales for Cambridge Live Tickets www.cambridgelivetickets.co.uk & Cambridge Corn Exchange www.cornex.co.uk and phone/counter sales at our city centre Box Office.
The downtime will effect Cambridge Live Tickets which is also the Box Office for Cambridge Corn Exchange events and Cambridge Folk Festival. Although tickets are not on sale for the Folk Festival until Tuesday 1st December when we launch our new ticketing system you will need update your account with us. This will be a very simple process and we will make sure to send out an email to all of our current customers with information and a step-by-step on how to do this.
