Friday at this year's Festival sees Brit Award nominated and critically acclaimed Swedish duo First Aid Kit headline, their set will include material from their latest album 'Ruins' which is currently heading for Number 1 in the Album charts.
The incredible Friday line up doesn't stop there, the Festival has also boasts sets from the incredible Eliza Carthy and the Wayward Band, currently at the centre of the English folk revival, four time Grammy award winner Rosanne Cash who plays an intimate set on Stage 2 and from Mali Songhoy Blues, considered to be one of foremost rising bands anywhere in the world. Their R&B influenced 'Desert Blues' sound has won them millions of adoring fans.
Other artists set to perform on Friday include: Gordie Mackeem and his Rhythm Boys, John Smith, Irish Mythen, Pierce Brothers, St Paul and the Broken Bones and The National Youth Folk Ensemble.
