How women can achieve equality in the workplace is not a question we should still be asking 100 years after female suffrage was achieved. Joining us are three impressive women who have broken through the glass ceiling in their chosen field to reflect on their careers and discuss the wider issue of female inequality.
Dame Athene Donald DBE FRS is Professor of Experimental Physics at the University of Cambridge and Master of Churchill College
Harriet Harman is the longest continuously serving female MP and one of the most successful left-wing politicians of her generation. She has held many offices including that of acting leader of the Labour Party
Kathryn Jacob is CEO of Pearl & Dean, former President of Women in Advertising and Communications and co-author of The Glass Wall: success strategies for women at work and businesses that mean business
