On the 100th anniversary of women getting the vote in the UK, Helen Pankhurst – great-granddaughter of suffragette leader Emmeline Pankhurst – and social historian Jane Robinson rally together to set the stage ablaze with the incredible story of women’s suffrage and the continuing struggle and fight for equality. Join Jane Robinson, author of Hearts and Minds: The Untold Story of the Great Pilgrimage and How Women Won the Vote and Helen Pankhurst, author of Deeds not Words, as they reflect on the legacy of these extraordinary women and consider what still needs to be done. Chaired by Alice Wroe, founder of Herstory www.herstoryuk.org @herstory_uk
