What is being done to address the imbalance? The panel will explore these questions and offer hope to writers of all backgrounds that they will have a fair chance to see their stories published. On the panel are Julia Kingsford, The Good Agency, Siena Parker, Penguin Random House and Kit de Waal, writer.
