Cambridge Music Festival is sorry to announce that Mahan Esfahani is unable to perform his recital in Cambridge tomorrow night due to ill health. CMF did explore possible replacements but take the view that Mahan has a particular appeal (to harpsichord lovers and those who might not normally consider a harpischord recital) that could not be satisfied by engaging another harpsichordist. The Festival has therefore decided to postpone the concert until the New Year, possibly February (date tbc). Tickets for tomorrow's recital are therefore valid for Mahan's rescheduled performance.
