This workshop, which is run as part of the e-Luminate Cambridge Festival, is a great introduction to photography and is being led by a professional photographer, Matt Widgery (http://www.mattwidgery.com).
This introductory course is all about getting creative with your camera and using light to paint with. You will also learn how you can use the way your camera reacts to light to create stunning effects. Absolutely no photo manipulation or trickery, see the effects on the back of your camera straight away!
It is required that participants bring their own camera with the ability to manually control the shutter speed, ideally tripods and a light source to paint with (for example, torches, bike lights, or mobile phones) although some will be provided.
There are only 30 places for this popular event: come and play with light to create stunning pictures!
