Issie Barratt’s INTERCHANGE is an exciting new jazz dectet comprising ten of the nation’s most innovative award-winning composers and improvisers – Pushing at the boundaries and blurring all the edges!
Issie Barratt says of this project: “I’ve been wanting to work with each of these amazing musicians for years – avidly listening as they each forge their diverse and vibrantly creative pathways across the international scene, collectively sharing a mutual keenness to be bold and adventurous with their ideas.”

Born into an artistic family in Albania during the communist regime, Elina Duni later settled in Geneva and is now signed to the prestigious ECM label. Elina Duni’s latest project ranges through traditional music from Albania, Kosovo, Armenia, Macedonia, Switzerland and Arab-Andalusia as well as songs by Jacques Brel and her own music - a fiercely individual voice, infused by jazz as well as her own cultural roots.
She is joined by guitarist Rob Luft, a rising star of today’s UK scene, whose acclaimed debut recording last year combined West African joie de vivre with English folk music and independent rock.
