To celebrate it’s tenth year the Cambridge Comedy Festival festival is moving to the picturesque Jesus Green. The Jesterlarf Comedy Club Marquee will be hosting shows with big name headliners each night.

20th Joe Lycett, Larry Dean, Jenny Collier, Sean Meo

Headliner Joe Lycett has appeared on BBC 1’s Live at the Apollo and just completed a sold out UK tour. He is Imaginative and cheekily subversive and his brand of comedy is entertainingly mischievous and it won’t be long until he’s filling arenas.
Support comes from rising star and Scottish Comedian of the Year Larry Dean who’s a natural Glaswegian story teller who effortlessly riffs through great gags. Plus rising star and winner of Leicester Comedy Festival New Act Award Jenny Collier with her fast paced quick and clever humour.
Compere for the show is circuit veteran Sean Meo who’s appeared on Have I Got News For You, Saturday Live and The Clive James Show. Sean is a class act who can turn out intelligent material with a speed that many other comics can only gasp at.

21st Rob Beckett, Zoe Lyons, Mark Simmons, Ed Gamble

Headliner Rob Beckett covers all the big issues like Kit Kats and flatbread with his trademark unshowy, unpretentious and utterly hilarious shtick. The relentlessly smiley, perpetually grinning Londoner has appeared on BBC One’s Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week and has just completed a sold out UK tour.
Support comes from Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee and Mock The Week regular Zoe Lyons with her delightful quick fire, razor sharp observational gags. Plus rising star of the comedy circuit Mark Simmons who won Ch4’s prestigious So You Think You’re Funny. If you like Tim Vine, you’ll like Mark Simmons, who shares the same love of a tight, silly puns and one-liners with a show packed full of lines you’ll want to quote later.
Compere for the show is Podcast maestro Ed Gamble with his lightning quick spontaneous banter.

22nd Milton Jones, Angela Barnes, Jeff Innocent, Phil Dinsdale

Original headliner The Boy With Tape On His Face unfortunately can not make this show due to filming America’s Got Talent - we wish him all the success he duly deserves!

We are delighted to announce his replacement is the brilliant Milton Jones. You know, the weird bloke with the outlandishly loud shirts from Mock The Week, Live at the Apollo and Radio 4! He’s the master of the one-liner and his fast, absurd and astutely sharp wit takes word play to the level of fine art.
Support comes from Jeff Innocent who is simply one of the best acts in the country and has been for the last ten years – his original, unique and razor sharp wit is unrivalled. He’s won the Time Out Comedy Award and was nominated for Comedians Comic of the year. Plus BBC New Comedy Award winner Angela Barnes who’s gloriously down-to-earth, straight talking and extremely funny.
Compere for the show is Jesterlarf regular Phil Dinsdale. The ex Steel worker provides a unique blend of cynicism, observation and good old fashioned humour.

23rd Henning Wehn. Kate Lucas, Ian Stone, Rich Wilson

Headliner Henning Wehn has spent more than a decade in Britain, the German Comedy Ambassador has ‘groan’ to like puns…. though he still couldn’t eat a whole one! Expect a crash course and diplomatic master class in personal accountability, wonderment at the foibles of British society and have a right old laugh at the same time! Wunderbar!
Support comes from Ian Stone a regular on BBC 5 Live’s Fighting Talk
and one of the most talented topical acts in the country. He was ranked amongst the top ten stand-ups in the UK by The Independent. Plus award winning musical comedienne Kate Lucas with her deliciously dark lyrics that leaves audiences not just gasping for laughs but also whispers of ‘did she really say that?’
Compere for the show is hilarious cockney Rich Wilson with his tales of outrageous shenanigans and misadventure.

24th Gary Delaney, Dane Baptiste, Rob Deering, Ninia Benjamin

Headliner Gary Delaney is ranked alongside Milton Jones as one of Britain’s Grandmasters of the deadpan one-liner and combined with his razor sharp wit he has more quality jokes in his set than many comics have in their entire career. He’s a regular on Mock The Week and just completed a sold out UK tour.
Support comes from 2014 Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee Dane Baptiste with his brilliant free flowing cheeky comedy and hilarious observations. He’s appeared on Live at the Apollo and has his own BBC sitcom Sunny D due out this Summer. Plus the guitar wielding one man soundscape maestro and Radio 4 regular Rob Deering.
Compere for the show is tour-de-force of comedy Ninia Benjamin… she’s rude and outrageous but above all side-splittingly funny.
