Current Opportunities

Bonfire Night Catering Applications are now Open

To apply please complete and submit the online application form by midday, Friday 8th September 2017.

Please upload all additional documents to your application to include your proposed menu with prices, your current Public and Products Liability Insurance, evidence of being registered with your local authority, a catering at outdoor events risk assessment, food hygiene certificates to level 2 or above completed within the last 3 years, allergen info (and gas safety certificates if applicable).

The event attracts approximately 20,000 people; although the biggest time for the crowds is the fireworks and lighting of the bonfire -  the event is fairly busy throughout - the fair is open 6-10pm and also draws crowds down to the common. Trading would be between 6pm and 10pm.

Please note: Cambridge Bonfire Night Celebrations are due to take place this year on Saturday 4th November 2017.

We accept approx. 12 units and try to get a variety so not too many stalls are selling the same foodstuffs.
