The final day of the world famous Cambridge Folk Festival sees two time Grammy-Award winning artist John Prine, considered by many to be one of the greatest singer songwriters of all time, headline. Starting out in Chicago in the 1960s he is credited with kick starting and spearheading the Folk revival in the city. His humorous lyrics which reflect love, life and current events can be enjoyed on Stage 1. Sunday also sees an exclusive UK Festival performance by celebrated musical icon Janis Ian, now in her fifth decade of songwriting her creativity and love of Folk show no signs of stopping.
Festival favourite Kate Rusby returns for 2018 and other artists set to appear include Damien O'Kane & Ron Block, Peatbog Faeries and Tamikrest.
