Using ballet, opera and dispatches from the front line, Iestyn Edwards brings a Vaudeville version of his best-selling memoir My Tutu Went AWOL to Cambridge Literary Festival. We follow him in his tutu touring for Combined Services Entertainment across the war-zones of Iraq and Afghanistan: dressed down for drying his ballet tights on the anti-blast wall, for demanding that the President of Estonia return some custard creams to their rightful camels, hoiked offstage by Stacks, a fuming Royal Marines Commando, and confined to the Naughty Tank.

'Hilarious...just hilarious!’ Richard Curtis
