Perfect for anyone looking to become more active, pick up a new sport or meet new people, come along to chat to fitness industry experts, try a new exercise class, be inspired by our Let’s Go Girls Ambassadors and have a coffee and chat to some like-minded women. The event will include fashion displays from leading brands, demonstrations of fitness gadgets, samples of nutritious goodies, tasters of alternative exercise classes and other practical and educational workshops which will motivate you to get moving and kick 2017 off to a healthy and active start.
