The Library Presents... You're Hysterical (spoken word workshop)

The workshop will cover the writing process, different ways of speaking and poetry with a female voice. Learn about how our own voice plays into ideas of strength and resistance. You’ll be encouraged to explore, experiment and have fun through inspirational and historic performances by women. You can try-out your performance skills during the workshop (optional). Workshop led by Lizzie Merrill. Open to all genders.
